How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp with the products and quantities you need. We confirm availability, the total, and payment details, then prepare your order once payment clears.
How do I pay?
We accept QRIS and bank transfer. Payment details are shared over WhatsApp when you place your order.
How do I pay with crypto?
When you place an order on-site, choose “Pay now with crypto” on the confirmation screen. You are taken to a secure hosted invoice (USDT and other major coins) and your order updates automatically once the payment confirms on the blockchain. You can also confirm on WhatsApp and pay by QRIS or bank transfer instead.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch has a Certificate of Analysis reporting identity and purity, and it accompanies your order. You can also request the COA for any batch code before ordering.
What is the batch code on the label?
Each vial is labelled with a lot number in the format CW-YYYY-NNN and a QR code. Scanning the code, or entering it on our verify page, lets you look up the COA for that exact batch.
How do I verify my vial?
Every vial is labelled with a lot number (CW-YYYY-NNN) and a QR code. Scan the QR, or enter the code on our Verify page, to look up that batch’s Certificate of Analysis — the identity and measured purity for the exact vial in your hand.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are packed cold-chain to protect stability and shipped with tracking. Storage guidance is printed on every label.
Are these products for human use?
No. Everything we sell is strictly for laboratory research use and is not for human consumption, ingestion, or administration.
