There is no version of the order where a parcel ends up at an Australian address with our name on it. Australia’s regulator has said that labelling a product “research use only” or “not for human consumption” does not change its regulatory status there if it is a pharmacologically active substance. Australia is the single largest source of visitors to Bali, and plenty of the people we already serve arrived on an Australian passport. If you are one of them — coming over for a week, a fortnight, a longer stay — the picture is simple: while you are physically in Bali, you can order research compounds the same way any resident does.

• Collection or delivery to where you are staying. Villa, hotel, guesthouse or co-living — we deliver to accommodation across the island, not just fixed residential addresses.
• The same catalogue and the same per-batch documentation that every other buyer gets — nothing is a special tourist version.
• Ordering in English, on the site and over WhatsApp, start to finish. You need no Bahasa Indonesia to order, pay or verify a batch.

This is a lawful supply in Indonesia to a person standing in Indonesia. That is the whole model, and it is why an Australian visitor is on completely different footing from someone trying to receive a parcel back home. Timing it to your trip

A trip has a clock on it, so timing matters more for a visitor than for a resident. Where an item is in local stock, delivery across Bali typically takes 1–2 days by courier, and we dispatch the same working day when we can. That is fast — but it is not instant, and it is not guaranteed for every item on every day.

The practical rule: order early in the holiday, not on the last afternoon. Placing the order in your first day or two leaves room for stock to be confirmed, for dispatch, and for a courier to reach your accommodation well before you fly out. Leaving it to the final hours is how a straightforward order turns into a missed one. The estimate on each product page is calculated for the area you are staying in, so you can see the real timeline before you commit.

Paying as a visitor

The rest of the site assumes an Indonesian buyer — prices in rupiah, local payment rails — so the honest worry for a visitor is “can I actually pay?” You can, and you do not need to have opened any local bank account. This mirrors what we tell new expats on the expat ordering page; a tourist and a just-arrived resident have the same payment problem.

QRIS from a foreign phone

QRIS is Indonesia’s unified QR standard, and a growing number of foreign-registered e-wallets and banking apps can scan and pay a QRIS code directly. If your app supports it, this is the fastest route — scan, confirm the IDR amount, done. Whether your specific home-country app supports QRIS depends on the app, so treat it as the first thing to try rather than a guarantee.

Crypto

Crypto settlement is available and depends least on your banking situation, since it needs neither a local account nor QRIS support in your home app. For a visitor who has set up nothing locally, it is the reliable route.

Local IDR transfer

If you happen to have a local account — some longer-stay visitors do — a standard IDR bank transfer works normally. We reply with the account details and the total in rupiah.

Prices are quoted in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). If you are budgeting in Australian dollars, apply the day’s exchange rate to the rupiah total — there is no foreigner surcharge.

What is yours, and yours alone

One thing has to be said clearly, and then we stop. We supply to you while you are in Indonesia. What happens afterwards is not something we advise on, arrange, or have any part in. In particular, anything that would involve the material leaving Indonesia is entirely your own responsibility and your own legal risk.

We will not tell you how to do that, because it is not our place to and because doing so would undo the very honesty this page is built on. Our role begins and ends with a lawful supply, in Indonesia, to a person who is in Indonesia. Beyond that line, the decision and its consequences are yours.
